Karen Cole and Dr. Bo Harris to Speak at BRAV
Karen Cole, CEO of Assura, Inc. and Dr. Bo Harris, Ph.D., Senior Consultant with Assura and Visiting Assistant Professor and Interim Program Chair of the Emergency Services Management program at University of Richmond, are presenting on two topics at the August 19, 2010 meeting of the Business Recovery Association of Virginia (BRAV). Ms. Cole will discuss ISO 31000:2009, the International Standard for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and how it compares with other ERM frameworks. Dr. Harris will discuss the Private Sector Preparedness (PS-Prep) program Developed by the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
