Emergency Response/Emergency Operations Planning

An Emergency Response/Emergency Operations plan (ER/EO Plan) provides a framework under which senior management operates the organization during times of crisis. This framework provides the command and control structure during an incident, plan activation (including utilization of the COOP/COG plans), internal and external communications, and actions to be taken to resolve the crisis and return to normal operations.
